Practice Statistics: If you use the practice tracking feature, your practice time data is stored locally on your device and optionally synced to our server for the World Rankings leaderboard. This data includes only practice duration and date — no personal information.
Analytics: Our website uses Simple Analytics, a privacy-first analytics service that does not use cookies or track personal data.
Crash Reports: We may collect anonymized crash reports through Apple's and Google's crash reporting services to improve app stability.
The Beat Detection feature requires microphone access to detect tempo from audio. Audio data is processed entirely on your device in real-time and is never recorded, stored, or transmitted.
The free version of True Metronome displays ads provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers for ad personalization. You can manage ad personalization in your device settings. The premium version removes all ads.
Purchase transactions are handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not have access to your payment information.
True Metronome does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
